My Mother, Asimina Gressis, is the type of person that in Greece we say, ‘έχει το χέρι’ which translates to: she has the hand with cuisine. Anything she touches with her hands is always, ‘nostimo’ (delicious) and her take on this classic Irish dish is no different.
